1. eSIMs that remain unused for 12 months will be reclaimed, and any plans on these eSIMs will be forfeited.
2. To keep an eSIM active, it must have activity (e.g., purchasing or using a plan) at least once every 12 months, which resets the 12-month expiration countdown.
3. Each eSIM can have up to 30 bundles queued simultaneously.
